sis sabayan mo nlng ng Kegel exercises. :) tapos malaking bagay din ung breathing exercise. maganda ung early pa lg makabisado mo na sila. kse pag nasa labor kna lam mo na tlg by heart ung mga breathing patterns. di makakauwi si tibs ds wk eh. try ko pdala kena dale ung book na sinasabi ko bka nmn magkikita cla nila ren :)
